How I’m Staying Fit While I’m Pregnant

Let’s start out by agreeing that weight gain and pregnancy go hand in hand. HOWEVER, this is under the assumption that it is a healthy amount of weight gain (currently defined as 25-35lbs). I understand that it can be difficult to keep the weight gain under control, especially as you near your due date. I’m just about to enter the third trimester and have been surprised at how much my body has changed already.
